I've reinstalled the desktop app as recommended here (. Reset the iPhone's Location & Privacy settings to force the iPhone to re-display the "trust this computer" text. I have tried everything I can find online and have been unable to resolve the situation. When not in the Dropbox app, even with Background Refresh Enabled and with the USB plugged in, files do not upload. When in the Dropbox app, files do upload. "Dropbox couldn't import files because Apple iPhone may be locked. I'm attempting to get my wife's iPhone X (currently fully patched) to automatically upload files to the Dropbox-> Camera Uploads directory when connected to the computer via USB.
